Who Are Design & Crafts Council Ireland?

Founded in 1971, Design & Crafts Council Ireland works to promote and develop Irish design and craft both at home and internationally. Their mission is to make Irish design and craft a driver of economic growth and cultural value, while supporting designers and makers at every stage of their professional journey.

DCCI provides leadership, advocacy, and practical supports to its members, helping them build viable businesses without compromising creativity or integrity. From traditional crafts to contemporary design, DCCI celebrates the full spectrum of Irish creativity and the stories behind the work.
